摘要
分析了矿用可移动式救生舱对制冷设备的要求和重力自然循环的特点,设计了一种用于矿用可移动式救生舱的制冷系统,采用自然循环制冷方式,从蓄冰冰箱内取冷,向防护空间内放冷。根据矿井特殊工作条件,指出在实际设计、应用时的注意事项。实验研究表明,在外部环境55℃和30℃,在额定负荷12人的条件下,该设备能维持防护空间平均温度26℃,平均湿度60%,实现了设计目的。
Mine mobile capsule demand for refrigeration equipment and Gravity natural circulation were analyzed, refrigeration system used in mine portable capsule was designed, the natural circulation cooling way was adopted, which got Cold from the ice storage box, released cold to the defend space. According to the special working conditions of mine, the actual design, the points for attention during the application were pointed out. The lab study showed that this equipment can maintain protective space average, with temperature 26 ℃, the average humidity 60%, in the external environment of 55 ℃ and 30 ℃, under the condition of rated load of 12 people, achieved the design purpose.
