三维矿山物联网系统的建设

摘要 针对开滦集团原矿山物联网系统各子系统光纤网络的带宽资源尚未得到充分利用,交换机设备的性能不能充分发挥,而多次铺设线缆也造成了人力物力的浪费,设备资源不能充分利用,各子系统数据库信息无法共享,尚未达到真正的智能化、自动化管理的现状,根据开滦集团矿山物联网示范平台的建设目标和技术实现路线,依托物联网和人工智能技术,基于三维地理信息系统,建设了矿山物联网综合信息平台及其综合监测监控、综合数字通讯、综合定位管理、紧急避险、安全预警与应急救援指挥等业务子系统,实现了井下异构通信网络的无缝联接与多网融合。 To the original mining Internet ofthings(IOT)system of Kailuan Group,the bandwidth resources of the optical fiber network have not been making full use of, the performance of switch equipment could not be gave full play to, and many times laying cable also caused the waste of wokers and materials, other equipments resources could not be made full use of,each subsystem database information could not be shared, the real intelligent,automated management has not reached,according to the construction target and technical route of the demonstration platform of Kailuan Group mine IOT, relying on the IOT and the artificial intelligence technology, based on the three- dimensional geographic information system,the mine IOT integrated information platform and the business subsystems which were the integrated monitoring, integrated digital communications, integrated positioning management, emergency actions, security early warning and emergency rescue command were constructed,so the seamless connection of underground heterogeneous communication network and multi- network integration were realized.
