转筒式烘干机过渡段技术改进与效果

摘要 针对ZT1.5-15型转筒式烘干机过渡段存在结构形式不合理、材质选用不当、热烟气二次扩散并形成紊流,致使部分热能从过渡段表面散失,橡胶密封件和过渡段的连接部位容易烧损的问题,冀中能源邢矿集团公司河北煤炭科学研究院重介质厂从烘干机的结构形式和增加耐磨耐高温内衬等方面进行了改进。近5 a的使用效果表明,改进后的烘干机未发生橡胶密封件和连接段烧损的故障,节能效果明显,劳动环境得以改善,社会和经济效益显著。 Based on ZT1.5- 15 rotary drum dryer transition section unreasonable structure, material selection, secondary hot flue gas diffusion and formation of turbulent flow, caused that some dissipating heat from the surface of the transition section, rubber seals and the connection part of the transition section problems of easy burning, Heavy Medium Factory of Hebei Coal Science Institute, Xingtai Mining Industry Group Corporation Ltd., Jizhong Energy, the structure of the dryer and increase wear resistance high temperature resistant lining were improved. Nearly 5 a using effect showed that the improved dryers without period of burning rubber seals and wiring fault, energy- saving effect was obvious, improved labor environment, social and economic benefit was remarkable.
