Intangible cultural heritages in Nantong are of distinctive regional and time features. Based on the analysis of cultural forms and artistic features of intangible cultural heritages in Nantong, this paper probes into the measures of effective protection and propagation. It can be regarded as a good example of the evolution and propagation of intangible cultural heritages in China.
