摘要
高校管理人员队伍还存在着专业性不强、结构不合理、职业倦怠现象较严重等问题,需要从加强领导重视、规范选聘标准、注重培训、建立科学合理的考评和激励机制、提高管理人员的研究能力、完善收入分配和专业技术职务机制等方面进行专业化建设。
Now there are still serious problems in university management teams. It should be perfected in strengthening leadership attention, specifying selection and employment standards, strengthening training, establishing scientific eval- uation and incentive mechanisms, improving the research capacity of the management, perfecting the mechanism of income distribution and the professional technical positions.
