摘要
新型大学英语课堂上,师生间的和谐交际需要双方的积极参与,课堂教学中的话语权应由双方平等共享。本文从学生在课堂上消极沉默的现实出发,辩证分析这一现象所折射出的现实意义,并强调教师可以通过转变自身角色、提高自身修养来春风化雨,消融学生在课堂上的消极沉默,帮助他们重建课堂话语权。
Compared with the traditional ESL classroom, the current ESL classroom attaches more importance to equal interaction between teachers and students as well as the equal share the power of discourse in class. This paper, based on the students' negative silence, analyzes its underlying significance and stresses that the teacher' s role shift and personal character cultivation could effectively eliminate students' negative silence in the ESL class.
