摘要
校园文化是一种管理文化,一种教育文化,一种微观组织文化,对大学生职业指导有很大影响。本文通过研究我国校园文化在职业指导中的消极影响,试图探寻出我国校园文化对大学生职业指导的消极作用并提出相应的策略。
Campus culture is a kind of management culture, a culture of education a group of organizational culture has a great influence on college students＇ career guidance. The paper studies the negative effects of Chinese campus culture on students＇ vocational guidance and provides solutions.
