Innovation of School-enterprise Cooperation Mechanism in Vocational Colleges

四层融合指高职院校与当地政府、行业、区域产业、优势企业之间的产学合作,三方五接指高职院校在校企合作要形成教师、师傅、学生(家长)的五个连接,需要构建政策法规保障机制、完善校企对接机制、确立长效利益机制、创新合作办学机制、合作能力提升机制。

The four stratums of amalgamation refers to the cooperation among governments, enterprises, regional industries and dominant corporations while five sides of linking refers to the linking between teachers of colleges, masters of enterprises and students（parents of students）. The paper argues that legal system and school-enterprise linking mechanism will have to be established to guarantee the cooperation between colleges and enterprises and therefore school-running mechanism should be innovated to promote the school-enterprise cooperation capacity.
