高校普通专业女大学生课外体育活动现状及对策分析——以柳州师范高等专科学校为例

An Analysis of the Present Situation of Extracurricular Sports of Female College Students and the Countermeasures: A Case of Liuzhou Teachers College

目前高校普通专业女学生参加课外体育活动主要存在如下问题:大多数女生对课外体育活动积极性不高、缺乏科学认识、参加次数少、参加时间短,学校对课外体育活动缺乏组织引导,学生课业重,女生喜爱项目场地不完善等。文章就以上问题,提出相应的对策建议。

So far, the problems that the female college students＇ participating in extracurricular sports activities generally are the fol- lowing：low interest;the lack of scientific understanding; the short participation time;less participation;the lack of organization;the heavy schoolwork;the insufficient favorite sport sites and so on. Based on the above problems, the paper puts forward the corresponding counter- measures and suggestions.
