以某独立学院—KJ学院为例,分析了学院教师薪酬体系的现状及问题,探索独立学院教师薪酬体系的设计原则,以促进教师队伍的建设和优化,增强学院核心竞争力。
An independent college, KJ College as an example, analyses the present situation and problems of college teachers pay system, explore the design principles of teachers' salary system of independent colleges,in order to promole the construction and optimization of teachers, enhance the core competitiveness of college.
