基于现代服务业发展人才需求的高职院校办学模式探讨

Probe into the school running mode of Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the development of the modern service industry talent demand

伴随我国经济的快速转型和升级,现代服务业日益受到重视,并得到了迅速发展。大力培养适应现代服务业发展需求的高素质人才,是高职教育目前面临的重要课题。由于高职教育起步较晚、重视程度不高,高职教育还没有形成稳定而有效的办学模式,尤其是对于高职院校个体而言,积极探索适应当前现代服务业发展的办学模式具有重要意义。因此,从现代服务业内涵和人才需求特点分析出发,提出了校企紧密结合型高职院校办学模式,期望为当前高职院校办学模式探索提供有益的借鉴和思考。

With the rapid transformation and upgrading of China＇s economy,the modem service industry has been paid more and more attention, and has been deyeloping rapidly. High quality talent training to adapt to the development of modem service industry demand, is an important problem in Higher Vocational Education at present. Because higher vocational education started late, attention is not high, higher vooational education has not yet formed a stable and effective running mode of higher vocational colleges,especially for the individual, active exploration is of great significance to adapt to the development of the modern service industry mode. Therefore, from the connotation and characteristics of modem service industry talent demand analysis,puts forward the school enterprise combination mode of running higher vocational colleges, expectations for the current exploration of school running mode of higher vocational colleges to provide useful lessons and reflections.
