Bcl-w和PDCD5在前列腺增生和前列腺癌组织细胞中的表达及相关性 被引量:2

Expressions of bcl-w and PDCD5 in tissues of BPH and prostate cancer

摘要 目的 研究凋亡相关基因Bcl-w和PDCD5在前列腺癌(PCa)、良性前列腺增生(BPH)和正常前列腺(NP)组织中表达的相关性及其意义.方法 通过免疫组织化学法检测10例NP、25例BPH及25例PCa组织切片Bcl-w和PDCD5的表达.结果 NP组、BPH组、PCa组Bcl-w染色阳性率分别为20%、36%、64%;NP组,BPH组,PCa组PDCD5染色阳性率分别为80%、68%、28%.将Bcl-w蛋白和PDCD5蛋白在不同病例组织中的染色强度指数(staining intensity index,SII)做进一步的Pearson直线相关性分析,提示在NP、BPH以及PCa癌组织中,Bcl-w SII和PDCD5 SII呈负相关(r=-0.904,P<0.05).结论 不论Bcl-w的过度高表达,还是PDCD5的低表达都与前列腺癌的发病相关,Bcl-w和PDCD5在前列腺癌的发生与发展中可能互相影响.这两项指标可作为辅助检测前列腺癌变的基因标志物. Objectives To study the relationship of the expressions of apoptosis-related gene Bcl-w and PDCD5 in tissues of prostate cancer(PCa),BPH and normal human prostate(NP).Methods The expressions of Bcl-w and PDCD5 were observed separately in 10 normal human prostate(NP),25 of BPH,and 25 of prostate cancer(PCa) by Immunohistochemical means.Results Bcl-w positive rate in normal human prostate(NP) was 20%,in BPH was 36%,and in prostate cancer(PCa) was 64%.PDCD5 positive rate in normal human prostate (NP) was 80%,in BPH was68%,and in prostate cancer(PCa) was 28%.There was a negative relationship between Bcl-w SII and PDCD5 SII in every lesion.Conclusions It suggests that both Bcl-w and PDCD5 could be used as molecular markers of carcinogenesis for prostate cancer(PCa).
