肾小球滤过率估算公式在老年人中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着人口老龄化进展,老年人已逐渐成为慢性肾脏病(ChronicKidney Disease,CKD)的最大患病群体.但60岁以后肾功能下降速度加快,这些变化可能与肾脏病变本身无关,因此,选择一个适合老年人的肾小球滤过率估算公式,制定适合老年人的CKD分期尤为重要.目前常用的CG公式、MDRD公式、CKD-EPI公式,近年推出的CKD-EPI cysC公式、CKD-EPI creat-cysC公式在普通人群中均得到验证,但其在老年人中的应用情况尚缺乏多中心、大样本、统一实验室检测方法的研究.
