终末期肾病患者低转运性肾性骨病的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肾性骨病是终末期肾病患者的常见并发症,相对高转化性肾性骨病,低转运性骨性骨病对钙的缓冲能力和处理额外钙负荷能力下降,更容易导致异位钙化,增加心血管疾病的发生率和死亡率.现将低转运性肾性骨病的诊治研究进展作一综述.
