摘要
已有的校长研究忽视了性别在理论构建中的作用和影响,亟须引入社会性别视角予以完善。在校长研究中引入社会性别视角,在理论上有助于性别全纳校长学的建立,在实践中有利于学校领导的重组、变革与提升。社会性别视角下的校长研究,从现阶段来看,在研究内容上侧重于女性校长的研究,在研究方法上借鉴了女性主义的研究方法论和研究方法。
The effect and role of gender are ignored in the existing principal research into which gender perspective has to be introduced. The introduction of gender perspective will not only contribute to create gender-inclusive principal- ship theoretically, but also help to restructure, transform and promote the school leadership in practice. Currently, principal research from the gender perspective should focus on female studies in content and follow the feminist research methodology.
