老年冠心病心衰76例临床诊治效果观察

冠心病心衰病因复杂,由于诸多因素影响,治疗上多数采取临床支持疗法,控制肺部感染,控制泌尿及消化系感染,积极纠正贫血及营养不良,纠正水电解质紊乱及酸碱失衡等,改善心肌缺血等。本文重点阐述了采用中西结合疗法治疗冠心病心衰方法,同时与常规治疗相比较。进一步验证了祖国医学中"益气养阴,温阳利水"诊治理论。
