Nb对低碳钢焊接区组织和性能的影响

摘要 通过微观组织分析研究了含铌低碳钢焊接接头的组织特征,测定了焊接接头各区域的硬度分布。结果表明钢中由于Nb的存在,使焊接区组织发生变化,粗晶区得到细化,同时降低了焊缝脆化的倾向,使钢具有良好的焊接性能与力学性能。 The microstructure in welding zone of low-carbon steel was investigated by microscope. The hardness distribution measurements on the different welded specimens were conducted. The results show that microstrueture of welding zone has been refined and embrittling tendency of welding line is decreased due to Nb solubilization and precipitation. The steel exhibits excellent meehanieal properties and welding properties.
