摘要
数控车加工螺纹过程中,在螺纹倒角处易产生毛刺,这与被加工工件的材质、刀具的材料、进刀策略等都有一定关系。文中通过案例分析,改变传统加工螺纹的工艺路线,达到了去除螺纹倒角处毛刺的目的,进而起到倒角的作用,也使得加工零件更美观。
During the thread processing on NC lathe, burr will be generated on the thread ehamfer is influeneed by the workpieees material, tool material, feeding strategies. Through ease analysis, the traditional t processing route is ehanged to deburr the thread chamfer, thus the chamfer effect and the parts appearance improved.
