摘要
虽然椭圆斜油槽润滑效果好,但加工难度大。通过分析椭圆斜油槽加工工艺,给出多种方案进行对比选优,然后进行工艺设计及编制多轴数控加工程序,解决了椭圆斜油槽加工难的问题。
Ahhough the lubrication effeet of oblique oval sump is good, it is very difficuh to process.To slove the problem, a variety of programs is proposed to get the optimal selection and compile muhi-axis CNC machining program after process design. The oval oblique tank process is realized.
