摘要
对精密电火花成型机床主轴支承系统进行研究,求解影响支承件动态变形的动态力———惯性力和耦合力。基于有限元方法优化支承结构。最后结合求解的动态力,对支承件进行动态性能分析,验证设计的合理性。
Spindle's supporting system of micro electrical discharge machine is researc'hed. Dynamic force(inertia force and coupling force) which affect dynamic deformation of supporting system is resolved. And optimal design of spindlc's strut system is carried out based on finite element method. At last dynamic characteristic of supporting system is analyzed in order to verify that the design is reasonable.
