摘要
为符合探伤检验要求,设计开发了符合API 8C PSL2级的超深井钻机配套作业的YC450游动滑车(简称游车),对常规游车在结构上进行了改进,并通过UG NX7.5建模,应用有限元法进行分析,采用ASMEⅧ规范进行强度校验。结果表明,此游车在强度上满足ASMEⅧ规范要求,结构上满足API 8C PSL2级质量要求。
In order to meet the requirements of defect detection, self-contained YC450 (API 8C PSI,2 grade) travelling block for ultra-deep drilling rig PSL2 is designed, and the structure of traditional travelling block is improved. Through UG NX7.5 modeling and finite element method analysis, the ASME Ⅷ specification is used to test strength. The result show that , the travelling block strength can meet requirements of the ASME Ⅷ specification ,and satisfiy the requirement of API 8C PSL2 grade the quality on the structure.
