摘要
目的探讨了血清糖类抗原-199(CA199)、胱抑素C(CysC)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)在胰腺癌中的应用价值。方法应用放射性免疫分析法,胶乳增强免疫比浊法和免疫化学法对39例胰腺癌患者进行了血清CA199、CysC和Hcy水平检测,并与49名正常人做比较。结果胰腺癌患者血清CA199、CysC和Hcy水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01)。CA199的敏感度和特异度分别为84.6%,79.6%;CysC的敏感度和特异度分别为69.2%,61.2%;Hcy的敏感度和特异度分别为71.8%,67.3%。联检CA199,CysC和Hcy的敏感度和特异度为97.4%,98.0%。结论采用CA199,CysC和Hcy联检,对胰腺癌的早期诊断具有一定的临床价值。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined determination of serum CA199,CysC and Hcy levels in patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods The levels of serum CA199,CysC and Hcy were detected in 39 pancreatic cancer patients and 49 controls by radio immunity assay,latex- enhanced immunoturbidimetry assay and immunochemistry method respectively. Results Serum CA199,CysC and Hcy levels were significantly higher than those in controls(P〈0. 01). The sensitivity and specificity of CA199 in diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma were 84. 6% and 79. 6% respectively,while those of CysC were 69. 2% and 61. 2% respectively,those of Hcy were 71. 8% and 67. 3% respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of combined determination of CA199,CysC and Hcy were 97. 4% and 98. 0%,respectively. Conclusion Combined detection of serum CA199,CysC and Hcy has certain clinical value in early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
