摘要
目的探讨空腹血糖受损(IFG)人群血脂水平的变化。方法研究对象分为正常血糖(NGT,65例)、IFG(62例)和2型糖尿病(T2DM,70例)3组,观察三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)浓度及BMI组间差异。结果 IFG组和T2DM组的BMI均显著高于NGT组(均P<0.05);而这2组间BMI差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,IFG和T2DM组患者血清TG、TC水平显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);且T2DM组HDL显著降低(P<0.05)。T2DM组及IFG组间比较,各脂代谢指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病相关的脂代谢紊乱在IFG人群已经清晰表现。肥胖、血脂异常是影响IFG人群病情发展的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and changes of serum lipoprotein spectrum in the impaired fasting glucose individuals. Methods One hundred and ninety- seven individuals were classified into normal glucose tolerance group(NGT,65 cases),impaired fasting glucose group(IFG,62 cases) and diabetes group(T2DM,70 cases). The fasting lipids and clinical data among the three groups were compared. Results The BMI was significantly higher in IFG group and T2DM group than that in NGT group(P〈0. 05). However,no significant difference was found in BMI between IFG and T2DM groups(P〈0. 05). Compared to NGT group,the levels of total triglyceride(TG) and total cholesterol(TC) in IFG group and T2DM group increased obviously(P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05),while high density lipoprotein- cholesterol( HDL- C) level was lower in T2DM group compared to NTG group(P〈0. 05). There were no significant statistical differences in all four lipid markers between IFG group and T2DM group(P〉0. 05). Conclusion The aberration of the serum lipid associated with T2DM is clearly found in IFG individuals,prior to the onset of T2DM. Lipids disorder as well as obesity play an important role in the progress of IFG.
