摘要
目的了解厦门市售液态奶中黄曲霉毒素M1(AFM1)污染状况,以及不同季度,不同产地液态奶中AFM1含量差异。方法在厦门大型超市和鲜奶订购点随机采集不同季度生产的不同品牌液态奶共75份,采用三重四级杆液质联用法测定样品中的黄曲霉毒素M1。结果 75份液态奶中AFM1含量在0.0021μg/kg^0.080μg/kg之间,均低于GB2761-2011规定的AFM1≤0.5μg/kg;南北方产液态奶中AFM1平均含量差异明显,南方样本明显高于北方;第四季度和第一季度生产的液态奶中AFM1检出率相对较高。结论厦门市售液态乳中黄曲霉毒素M1的含量总体上处于安全水平,但仍不能忽视个别样品中AFM1对人体的潜在危害性。乳及乳制品生产企业应加大原料奶中AFM1的检测力度,检测机构也应加强对饲料和食品中AFB1的持续监控,从源头上切断黄曲霉毒素的污染。
Objective To investigate the contamination status of aflatoxin M1(AFM1) in milk from Xiamen market,and understand the differences of the AFM1contents between different production areas and seasons. Methods Seventy- five milk samples produced in different seasons with different brands were randomly selected from supermarkets and milk order points to detect the AFM1contents by liquid chromatography- triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry. Results The AFM1content ranged from 0. 0021 μg / kg to 0. 080 μg / kg in the 75 milk samples,lower than the maximum limit(0. 5 μg / kg) of GB 2761- 2011. The difference of the contents of AFM1between different production areas was significant,the AFM1contents were higher in southern areas than those in northern China. The milk with higher detection rates of AFM1were produced in the fourth and the first season. Conclusion The contents of AFM1in milk from Xiamen market were at safe level as a whole,but the potential hazards of AFM1in individual samples could not be ignored. Milk and dairy products production enterprises should make efforts to detect AFM1contents in raw milk,and the detection institutions should also strengthen the continuous monitoring of AFB1in feeds and foods,preventing the pollution from source.
