Sustainability Assessment of Energy Saving Technologies Taking into Account of Environmental,Economic and Social Effect-Case Analysis of Southern Building Energy Saving Technologies

摘要 针对发展低碳的同时需要兼顾可持续发展的目标,提出对节能技术进行可持续性评价,并以节能潜力与压力都较大的建筑业为例进行案例研究.设定了针对建筑节能技术的可持续性评价方法,包括指标的确定、指标衡量方法、可持续低碳指数的计算;分析相关数据后,针对11项在中国南方普遍应用的建筑节能技术进行了经济、能源与环境、社会效应的评价,并计算求得了各项技术的最终可持续低碳发展指数. In order to the goal of low carbon and sustainable development, this paper proposes the idea of assessing the sustainability level of low carbon technologies based on the thoery of sustainable development and low carbon economy. Considering there is huge emission reduction pressure and potential in the building secotr, this research takes the building secotr as a case study. The sustainability level assessment method of low carbon building technologies is designed, including the indicator determination, the methodology of indicator measurement, and the calculation method for the final sustainable low carbon index. Evelen commonly used building energy saving technologies in southern China are evaluated, and the final sustainable low carbon index is calculated.
