砌块成型的颗粒流模拟及应用研究

摘要 混凝土空心砌块是我国现阶段使用最广泛的建筑材料,为了进一步提高空心砌块的质量,应用离散元软件PFC3D对砌块压制成型过程进行了数值模拟,得到了砌块压制成型过程中颗粒流密实度的分布曲线图,并根据模拟结果分析密实度出现这种规律的原因。从而对成型工艺进行了优化,提出了二次布料并模拟了其对砌块密实度均匀性的影响,结果表明,二次布料对砌块密实度均匀性有明显的改善,对砌块的质量有显著的提高。最后将模拟结果与实验结果进行了对比分析,结果具有较好的吻合性,可以为实际生产过程提供理论参考和指导意义。 In order to improve the quality of concrete hollow block, the discrete element software PFC3D is applied to simulate the block forming process, and obtains the distribution curve of the compactness. Through analyzing the curve by simulation results, optimizes the molding process, and put forward two-step feeding for block, which can improve the compactness uniformity and the quality.
