本文阐述了非道路摩托车对组织者、比赛场地、比赛选手及车辆的管理要求。并针对市场上非道路摩托车管理方面存在的问题提出了一些建议方案,以便于对完善这项运动的管理和推动技术进步产生一定的借鉴意义。

This paper expatiates the detailed administration requirement for the organization, athletic field, racer and racing vehicle of off-road motorcycle, and provides a set of proposals for the solution to the existing problems of measurements for the in-use off-road motorcycles in order to help to improve the administration of the race of off-road motorcycles and technique development.
