摘要
从大学生就业入手,从大学生角度出发,运用层次分析法,构建模型对大学毕业生就业质量进行评价,并结合实例对模型加以验证。
Starting with the current employment of college students and the students subjective views to -ward employment ,it used the method of analytic hierarchy process to design an assessment model of the employment quality of college students ,and make a fair evaluation of the employment quality of college students .The model was tested with examples .
