摘要
文章认为 ,地勘单位实现企业化经营管理必须按照现代企业制度的要求构建经营管理模式 ,应重新定位地勘单位与投资主体的关系 ,并逐步完善地勘单位的运行机制。
The paper considers that fulfilling business management in geological prospecting units must establish management pattern according to the requirement of modern enterprise system and re-orient the relations between geological prospecting units and main part of investment and gradually perfect operational mechanism of geological prospecting units.
