视网膜母细胞瘤患儿母亲真实经验及内心感受的质性研究

The Qualitative Study of Real Experience and Heart Feeling of Mothers of Children with Retinoblastoma

目的:探讨和研究长期照顾视网膜母细胞瘤患儿母亲的真实经验和内心感受。方法:采用半结构式访谈10例患儿母亲,记录并整理资料,采用Colaizzi法对资料进行分析研究。结果:通过研究发现,视网膜母细胞瘤患儿母亲的真实体验和内心感受主要有:消极悲观的情绪、疾病的不确定性、经济负担过重、缺乏照顾知识与技能和家庭关系恶化。结论:通过对网膜母细胞瘤患儿母亲在照顾患儿过程中的真实经验和内心感受进行研究,使护理人员对患儿母亲的内心情感有着详细的了解和掌握,可使护理人员由个性化护理向综合性健康护理发展提供依据。

Objective：To explore the true experience and feelings of long-term care of mothers of children patients with retinoblastoma. Method：Semi-structured interviews was used,10 mothers of children with leukemia were interviewed,and data collection,data analysis with the Colaizzi method. Result：The real life experience of mother’s of children with retinoblastoma real life were not good,such as negative mood,disease uncertainty,economic burden,lack of care knowledge and skills,deterioration of family relationship. Conclusion：The study of real experience and feelings about mother of children with retinoblastoma can help nurses provide individualized nursing and basis for the development of a comprehensive health care.
