生存素Survivin与脑胶质瘤的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 脑胶质瘤是颅内最常见的肿瘤,呈浸润性生长,预后极差。Survivin基因是凋亡抑制因子家族的一员,具有抗细胞凋亡和调控细胞周期的双重功能,其基因扩增和蛋白的过度表达与肿瘤生长密切相关。因此,Survivin可成为胶质瘤基因治疗的一个新靶点。 Glioma is the most tumor in brain with infiltrative growth and has a poor prognosis.Survivin is one of inhibitor of apoptosis protein (IAP) family members,it can inhibit apoptosis and regulate cell cycle.The gene amplification and the protein overexpression of Survivin are related closely with tumor growth.So Survivin may be a new target for glioma gene therapy.
