经济结构不断调整是经济发展的关键因素 ,我国改革开放以来经济的稳定快速发展就是在经济结构的不断调整中实现的。经济结构战略性调整必须正确处理计划与市场手段的关系 ;在充分发挥市场的基础性调节作用的同时 ,必须着力加强和完善政府的宏观调控才能顺利实现。

The continuous adjustment of economic structure is the factor of economic development, which promoted the stable and rapid economic development from the beginning of reformation and opening. The relation between planning and market must be handled properly when we readjust the economic structure strategically; Macro-indirect-control of government must be strenghtened and optimized when the market mechanism plays basic role of adjustment completely.
