Taking Zhejiang Library as a research case, this paper makes the data mining and statistical analysis ot some data related to this library＇s periodicals lending such as the circulation volume, and reader＇s structure, etc., expounds the 80/20 phenomenon existing in both periodicals circulation and readers, and compares the differences and similarities of electronic periodicals and paper periodicals.
