介绍了志愿者的招募和培训制度以及志愿者服务队的组织和管理制度,阐述了志愿活动的运行模式与激励制度,以三峡大学图书馆为例,探讨了高校图书馆志愿者长效机制的建立及运行。
This paper introduces the volunteers' recruiting and training system and volunteer service team' s organizing and managing system, expounds the operation mode and incentive system of volunteers' activities, and taking the library of Three Gorges University as an example, probes into the establishment and operation of volunteers' long-term mechanism in university library.
