现代图书馆要创造最大的管理与服务绩效,就必须加强沟通与协作,构建和谐图书馆。就高校图书馆内部的工作而言,主要存在着七大协作关系,构成了一个协作关系链,只要把这个关系链做好,就能够将高校图书馆建设成为和谐的图书馆。

The modern libraries,which want to make the greatest performances in management and service, must strengthen the communication and cooperation, create the harmonious library. There mainly are seven cooperative relationships in the internal work of university library, forming a cooperative relationship chain. Only grasping firmly the cooperative relationship chain, can university library be constructed into a harmonious library.
