浅谈高校数字图书馆建设中的知识管理

阐述了数字化图书馆与知识管理的基本概念,分析了目前高校数字图书馆知识管理建设方面出现的主要问题,针对这些问题,提出了搞好数字图书馆建设中知识管理的对策。

This paper expounds the basic concepts of digital library and knowledge management, analyzes some problems currently existing in the construction of knowledge management of university＇ s digital library, and in the light of these problems, puts forward some countermeasures for doing well the knowledge management in the construction of university＇ s digital library.
