论20世纪初中国政府经济立法的若干特征

On several characters of economic legislation of Chinese government in the early 20th century

本文对 1913年到 1915年间民国政府颁布的 2 0多种经济法律、法规从四个方面给予了分析论述 ,并着重于立法体系和经济法理的阐释 ,比较全面地反映了本世纪初经济立法的工作成绩和指导思想 ,就立法角度展示出中国市场秩序的初建过程。

This article presents analysis and statement, from 4 aspects, to more than twenty economic laws and regulations issued by the National Government during 1913-1915 and gives an encphetic explanation of legislative systems and the theory of laws, which reflects the legislative achievements and guiding thinking in economic legislation in an all-round way. hence showing the course of the preliminary establishment of market sequence from the view of legislative angle.
