This paper introduces the development status and service effectiveness of Humen Town＇s community libraries, and taking Humen Town＇s community libraries as the example, expounds some problems commonly occurring in the development of community library, and in the light of these problems, probes into the future way out of the community library from aspects of strengthening the government＇s cultural investment consciousness, improving the quality of community librarians, and developing the multi-functional services of community library.
