再谈信息特性问题——兼与张辑哲教授商榷

A Further Discussion of Information Characteristics——Consulting Professor ZHANG Jizhe

信息理论领域已有许多对信息特性的研究。张辑哲教授在《深论信息特性》一文中论述了已有信息理论对信息特性研究的粗浅与错谬。在对张教授观点剖析的基础上,指出了张教授对于信息不可替代性的阐释具有绝对化和自相矛盾的地方,同时提出了更为重要的信息特性——时效性、可伪性和转化性。

There are many studies on information characteristics in the field of information theory. Professor ZHANG Jizhe has discussed the shallowness and errors in the study on information characteristics by using the existing information theories in his academic paper of ＂Deep Discussion on Information Characteristics＂. Based on analyzing Professor ZHANG＇s opinions, this paper points out that Professor ZHANG＇s explanation about the irreplaceability of information has something absolutized and self-contradictory, and puts forward some more important characteristics of information： timeliness, forge＇ability and convertibility.
