玉米秸秆皮穰分离装置刮穰机构功耗试验 被引量:2

Energy-Consumption Experiment of Pith-Stripping Mechanism of Rind-Pith Separation Equipment for Corn Stalk

摘要 在自行设计的玉米秸秆分离装置上,使用电功率差值法测量其关键机构——刮穰机构的能耗。选取该机构的4个参数作为影响因子:刮穰辊转速、齿-板间隙、秸秆喂入速度和刮刀片齿刃角;选取有效比能、总比能、能量利用比3个指标作为评价指标,在正交试验的基础上,采用响应面方法分析得到各试验因素对评价指标影响规律模型。结果表明:有效比能变化范围0.5~2.0 Wh/kg,总比能变化范围4.0~13.0 Wh/kg,能量利用比的变化范围11%~24%。在3个模型中,间隙和转速对评价指标的影响均较显著,其中刮刀片齿刃角对有效比能、总比能影响不显著。综合考虑各评价指标、工作效率和刮穰效果,最后选取刮穰机构的工作参数:刮穰辊转速840 r/min,秸秆喂入辊转速413 r/min,齿-板间隙1.56 mm,刮刀片齿刃角25°,此时有效比能、总比能、能量利用比分别为2.21 Wh/kg、10.73 Wh/kg和22.29%。 Electric power difference method was adopted to measure power consumption of the key mechanism——pith-stripping mechanism based on self-design rind-pith separation equipment for corn stalk. The four parameters,pith-stripping roll' s rotational speed,clearance between scrapers and supporting plate,feeding speed for corn stalk,and helix angle of scraper,were selected as experimental factors. Effective specific energy( Ee),total specific energy( Et) and energy utilization ratio( ρ) were chosen as evaluation indexes. Four-factor quadratic regression orthogonal rotation experimental design was applied. The effect models of all factors influencing evaluation indexes were obtained via response surface analysis. Within the range of the test parameters,the results were as follows: Eewas 0. 5—2. 0 Wh / kg,Etwas 4. 0—13. 0 Wh / kg and ρ was 11% —24%. Among three models,clearance and rotational speed of the pith-stripping roll had significant effect on three evaluation indexes,whereas the helix angle of scraper had little effect on total specific energy. Considering all evaluation indexes,production efficiency and quality of rind of corn stalk,the optimization tests showed that Ee,Etand,ρ were 2. 21 Wh / kg,10. 73 Wh / kg and 22. 29% respectively when pith-stripping roll's rotational speed,feeding speed,clearance and helix angle were 840 r / min,413r / min,1. 56 mm and 25° respectively. These data could guide the design and optimization of rindpith separation equipment for corn stalk.
