摘要
作为高负荷电能输送的载体,输电塔一线体系是一项重要的生命线工程。根据跨越高速铁路输电线路对此铁路安全影响的特点,提出跨越高铁输电线路体系可靠度计算的四层次子体系递归计算方法,并对一个典型角钢杆塔输电线路的一个耐张段和一个典型钢管杆塔输电线路的一个耐张段的体系可靠度进行分析。结果表明:提出的四层次子体系递归计算方法是可行的;钢管塔线路体系的可靠度大于角钢塔线路体系;钢管塔线路体系的可靠度由秆塔构件的可靠度控制;输电线路一个耐张段的体系可靠度可通过提高杆塔构件设计的重要性系数、折减直线塔档距或折减转角塔角度来提高。
The transmission tower-line system is an important lifeline project as high voltage electric power's carrier.A fourstep recursive calculation method of subsystem was proposed for the analysis on the system reliability of the transmission line crossing high speed railway,on ground of the safety requirements of high speed railway on transmission line.And then the system reliability of two crossing tension sections of transmission line,with angle steel tower structure or steel tube tower structure respectively,was analyzed.It is indicated that the proposed four-step recursive calculation method is effective.The system reliability of transmission line with steel tube tower structure,which is dominated by the reliability of tower members,is more than that with angle steel tower structure.The system reliability of a tension section in transmission line can be upgraded by increasing the importance factor of tower components,reducing the span of tangent tower or the angle of angle tower.
