摘要
锂离子电池因其性能优异在高电压大容量的储能系统得到了广泛的应用,但锂离子电池单体容量过大,充放电过程中易产生高温,诱发不安全因素,必须采用锂离子电池管理系统来维护电池安全运行,并延长电池循环寿命。根据锂离子电池在储能系统中的特性,提出了一种新型的分层管理的储能用锂离子电池管理系统,详细论述了每层的结构和功能,并着重介绍了整个锂离子电池管理系统的主要功能,特别是单体电池数据采集功能、电池状态估计功能和均衡管理功能,并对各自的实验策略进行了实验验证。实验结果验证了该种管理系统能满足现实储能系统的需要,实现了锂离子电池的高精度状态估计和高效均衡功能。
Li-ion battery has been widely used in high-voltage large-capacity energy storage because of its good performance.However,the capacity of single Li-ion battery is too large to produce high temperature during the charging and discharging process,which may induce unsafe factors,so the Li-ion battery management system must be designed to maintain the safety operation of battery and prolong its cycle life.According to the characteristics of Li-ion battery in energy storage system,this paper proposed a new hierarchical management strategy of Li-ion battery for energy storage system,discussed the structure and function of each layer,and emphatically introduced the main function of Li-ion battery management system,especially the data acquisition function of single cell,the state estimation function and the equilibrium management function.Moreover,their experiment strategies had verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the management system can meet the need of the energy storage system,and realize the state estimation function with high precision and efficient state estimation function for Li-ion battery.
