摘要
为了搭建稳定的、以风力发电作为独立电源驱动海水淡化装置的联合系统配电网络结构,结合风力发电和海水淡化联合技术的研究应用现状,分别剖析了风电电源特性及海水淡化工艺装置的负荷特性,提出了针对离网型风力发电和海水淡化联合技术的配电方案。搭建了包含离网型风力发电机组、储能装置、海水淡化工艺系统在内的独立小型微电网系统,构成一套完整的联合系统配电网络结构,同时作为保证该微网系统稳定运行的边界条件,引入了储能系统,有效地解决了离网型风电电源和海水淡化负荷的匹配问题,为就地消纳风力发电及孤岛海水淡化工业用电开辟了新的解决模式和思路。.
In order to establish stable power distribution network structure for combined system with seawater desalination device driven by wind power as an independent power supply,combined with the research and application status of wind power and seawater desalination united technologies,this paper analyzed the wind power characteristics and the load characteristic of seawater desalination process units,and proposed distribution scheme for the united technologies with offgrid wind power and seawater desalination.Then,the independent small micro-grid system was built including off-grid wind power generators,energy storage device and seawater desalination process system,which constituted a complete set of power distribution network structure for combined system.Meanwhile,as the boundary condition that ensured the stable operation of micro-grid system,the energy storage system was introduced to effectively solve the matching problem between off-grid wind power and seawater desalination load,which could open up new solutions and ideas for the local consumption of wind Dower and the industrial electricity of seawater desalination on isolated island.
