高等教育促进“新经济”发展的内生机制研究

Ergodic System Reserch of High Education Promoting Developing “New-Economy”

从分析“新经济”的内涵、特征入手 ,论述了我国发展“新经济”的必要性 ,并通过对经济增长的内生机制和人力资本的非公共物品性分析 ,指出高等教育是人力资本最大的投资 ,而建立高等教育市场机制以满足发展“新经济”对人力资本 (知识型人才 )的需求 ,是促进“新经济”发展的关键。

This paper began with analysing the content and character of “New-Economy” in China, and then pointed out that high education is the most important investment of human capital basing on the analysis of ergodic system in economic growth and human capital being public goods, so the key to promote developing “New-Economy” is to build high education market system aiming to meet the need of human capital (knowledgable person) to develop “New-Economy”.
