摘要
北京市卫生局京卫办字[2013]78号文件,《北京市卫生局关于开展死亡病例报告管理模块研发试点工作的通知》中,拟定北京协和医院等五家医院开展HIS系统死亡病例报告管理模块研发的试点工作。信息化死亡病例报告系统本着简化流程、提高效率、保证安全的原则进行设计。模块的功能包括证书编号和基本信息的自动获取、逻辑校验、电子签名、统计功能等方面。电子化死亡病例报告模块的推广和使用,还必须结合各医疗机构自身工作特点,同时与国家疾控中心、民政部、公检法等相关部门的多方沟通,获得认可后方可大规模推广和使用。
According to the documents of number [2013]78 announced by Beijing Municipal Health Bureau,which named ＂Notification on the Carrying out of Death Case Report Module Pilot Work by Beijing Municipal Health Bureau＂,Peking Union Medical College Hospital and other five hospitals has been one of the experimental units to research and develop the deaths report management module from HIS system.The informationalized death case report system was designed on the principles of simplifying process,increasing efficiency and guarantee security,and its functions included auto achievement of certificate number and basic information,logic checkout,electronic signature and statistics.The promotion and utilization of electronic death case report module should also combined with the self characters of each medical institution,as well as the communication and acception of related administrations such as the National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,the Ministry of Civil Affairs and public security organs.
