摘要
在新的社会和医疗环境下,作为一名从事重症医学专业的临床教师所面临的与医疗与教学的矛盾,人生价值观的体现,和谐医患关系的探讨,教学体系的规范化等诸多问题,同时提出提高教师素养和教学能力、解决教学与医疗和科研之间的矛盾等问题的方法与对策。通过在教学过程中不断排除临床教师的各种困惑,使之与学生共同成长,不断进步。
Under the new social and medical environment,a clinical teacher of critical care medicine faced a lot of problems such as the contradiction between medical treatment and clinical teaching,reflection of personal life value,investigation on harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and the standardization of teaching system.At the same time,we put forward the methods and countermeasures to improve the quality and ability of teachers as well as the solution of the contradiction problems existing in the teaching,medical treatment and researching.By eliminate the various confusions of clinical teachers existing in the process of teaching continuously to make the teachers grow up together with students and improve their ability constantly.
