桂草养心方对老年慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

Effect of Guicao Yangxin Prescription on Cardiac Function in Aged Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察桂草养心方在常规治疗的基础上能否进一步改善患者的心功能,提高治疗的有效率。方法选择老年心功能II-III级患者104例,分为对照组及试验组。对照组给予常规药物,试验组在常规药物治疗基础上加桂草养心方,治疗前后分别测定各组患者左室舒张末期容量指数(LVEDVI)、左室收缩末期容量指数(LVESVI)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆脑钠肽水平(BNP)、6 min步行试验(6MWT)步行距离。治疗后用NYHA心功能分级标准,评价患者心功能改善情况,比较两组治疗有效率。结果与对照组比较,试验组治疗后能有效降低LVEDVI、LVESVI、血浆BNP水平,增加LVEF及6 min步行距离(P<0.05),提高治疗有效率(P<0.05)。结论自拟桂草养心方在改善慢性心衰患者心功能方面有效。

Objective observing to prove that the Guicao Yangxin prescription can improve heart function of patients on the basis of conventional therapy,and improve the treatment efficiency. Methods 104 cases of elderly patients with cardiac function of grade II-III were divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group was given conventional drugs,the experimental one were added Guicao Yangxin prescription into the basis of conventional drugs. Before and after the treatment,the patients were detected the left ventricular end diastolic volume index（ LVEDVI）,left ventricular end-systolic volume index（ LVESVI）,left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF）,the plasma level of brain natriuretic peptide（ BNP）,6 minutes walk test（ 6MWT） walking distance. After the treatment,all patients were assessed with NYHA criteria of cardiac function,through the assessment to estimate the improvement of cardiac function＇s situations,and to compare the treatment efficiency between the two groups. Results compared with the control group,the experimental group after the treatment reduced the level of plasma BNP,LVESVI,LVEDVI,increased EF and 6 minutes walking distance（ P〈0. 05）,and improved the treatment efficiency（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion From cassia grass yangxin party in effectively improves cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.
