复方阿胶浆对排卵障碍性不孕患者促排周期子宫内膜及卵泡发育的影响

Compound Ass-hide Glue Effect of Ovarian Stimulation Cycle Endometrial and Ovarian Follicles of the Ovulatory Disorder Infertility Patients

目的观察复方阿胶浆联合克罗米芬(CC)、尿促性腺激素(HMG)、绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)对排卵障碍性不孕患者促排周期子宫内膜及卵泡发育的影响。方法将65例排卵障碍性不孕患者随机分为治疗组(34例,59个周期)和对照组(31例,58个周期),治疗组予以复方阿胶浆联合CC/HMG/HCG,对照组予以CC/HMG/HCG。观察两组HCG注射日子宫内膜厚度、单卵泡排卵周期率、HMG周期用量、周期排卵率、周期妊娠率、总妊娠率、未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(LUFS)周期率等方面的效果。结果治疗组HMG周期用量、LUFS周期率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组HCG日子宫内膜厚度、单卵泡发育周期率、周期排卵率、总妊娠率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方阿胶浆联合CC/HMG/HCG可以减少HMG周期用量,降低发生LUFS周期率,增加子宫内膜厚度,提高周期排卵率、单卵泡排卵周期率、妊娠率及总妊娠率。

Objective to observe the effect of compound E-Jiao slurry combined with clomiphene（ CC）,urinary gonadotropin（ HMG）,human chorionic gonadotropin（ HCG） on patients with anovulatory infertility ovulation cycle endometrium and follicular development. Methods 65 patients with anovulatory infertility were randomly divided into the treatment group（ 34 cases,59 cycles） and control group（ 31 cases,58 cycles）,treatment group were given compound E-Jiao slurry combined with CC / HMG / HCG,the control group was given CC / HMG / HCG. Observes two group of HCG injection,endometrial thickness,single follicle ovulation rate,dosage of HMG cycle,cycle ovulation rate,pregnancy rate, cycle of total pregnancy rate,luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome（ LUFS） aspects of cycle rate effect. Results the amount of HMG cycle,LUFS cycle rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）; HCG,endometrial thickness,single follicle development cycle,cycle ovulation rate,pregnancy rate in the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion compound E-Jiao slurry combined with CC / HMG / HCG can reduce the dosage of HMG cycle,reduce the occurrence of LUFS cycle rate,increase endometrial thickness,improve the cycle ovulation rate,single follicle ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and pregnancy rate.
