球磨时间对铝铜含油轴承压溃强度和含油率的影响 被引量:4

摘要 用粉末冶金法制备了Al-7.5%Cu的铝铜含油轴承,采用SEM和XRD分析烧结坯的显微形貌和物相组成,研究了不同球磨时间对相对密度、含油率和压溃强度的影响规律。结果表明,适当的延长球磨时间可以促进烧结坯合金化和均匀化,进而改善含油轴承的性能,使得烧结后的铝铜含油轴承的相对密度及压溃强度增大,但是含油率降低。球磨12 h时可以获得综合性能较好的铝铜含油轴承,压溃强度达到180.8 MPa,含油率为18.4%,满足一定的实用要求。 Using powder metallurgy process,the aluminum copper oil-impregnated bearing was prepared,the microstructure of sintered billet was analyzed by SEM and XRD,the effects of different ball milling time on relative density,oil content and crushing strength were investigated. With increasing ball milling time, alloying and homogenization are promoted,then the performance of the oil-impregnated bearing is improved,the relative density and crushing strength are increased,but oil content is decreased. The aluminum copper oil-impregnated bearing with better comprehensive properties can be made by milling for 12 h,its crushing strength reaches 180. 8 MPa and oil content is about 18. 4%,which can be used in practice.
