摘要
为了提高FTO玻璃镀膜中阻挡层的性能,采用SiCxOy作为阻挡层介质进行了实验,结果表明:在离子阻挡效果、光增透效果、膜层的微表面结构等方面,SiCxOy介质表现出了其良好的性能,阐明了其作为FTO光伏玻璃镀膜的阻挡介质的合理性。
In order to improve the performance of barrier layer in FTO coated glass, the experiments were conducted repeatedly using SiCxOy as barrier layer medium, the results show that from the aspects of the ion barrier effect, light anti reflection effect, the film surface micro structure and so on, SiCxOymedia showed its good performance, the rationality of using the medium of SiCxOy as the barrier film material of FrO photovoltaic glass was expounded.
